I enjoyed the show, "Soul Cities". Why didn't you come to Detroit? Just curious. Please respond and I thank you in advance for responding.

That series turned out to be one of the best on TV. I enjoyed it so much. I actually saved them to DVD for my personal library. I have always liked what you do. Your books, your observation of music and black culture in general. Thanks so much for this treat.

Great Show!
Im jealous, I wish I could have your job because you are eating good bro. I just saw you New Orleans show yesterday and I wont to go New Orleans righ now just to get that food you were eating.

As someone who loves cities, this is a great show, displaying another side of cities...the real side.

Hey Nelson,

What up brother, loving the work you doing with the tv series I saw you in Philly and Chi-town. I was wondering are you going to come to my home town Muscle Shoals,Alabama. We have a rich music history to be such a small town. If not I know you got to include Memphis in there and while your filming in the M-town shoot on down here and check us out we only 2 hours away and it's easy to find. Anyhow give us a look.
